Building Science Technologies (BST) is a Galway based engineering consultancy which takes its name from the increasingly topical area of engineering research - Building Science. The study of Building Science sees a building as a series of interrelated systems, designed to provide comfort and safety to the occupants with a high degree of energy efficiency. To be more precise it is the interaction of: Heat, Air, Sound and Moisture flows within the Building Envelope, and with occupants in the building. This holistic approach to building emphasises building comfort, energy efficiency, good indoor air quality and health.
